Modern admin and storage facility

 
 

Phase I encompasses the construction of a warehouse–business building with a ground floor and one upper floor (G+1), with a total gross floor area of 1,411.41 m². The facility is intended for the storage of food products and raw materials in accordance with applicable technical and sanitary regulations.

Within the scope of the planned complex, the development includes the construction of an administrative section, a warehouse section, a service section, as well as internal access roads and maneuvering areas designed to ensure efficient circulation of vehicles and goods within the site.

The administrative section is located in the northwestern part of the building and is directly connected to the warehouse area through a thermally insulated enclosed link, enabling functional integration and uninterrupted operational flow between office and storage spaces.

The functional layout of the warehouse facility is fully aligned with the adopted technological solution and the approved technological design documentation. Particular attention has been paid to compliance with prescribed room dimensions, internal communications, circulation routes, and operational requirements to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods. The warehouse section of the building, including storage chambers and cold rooms, is intended for the storage of food products categorized as frozen and chilled goods. Frozen products include frozen poultry meat and meat from cloven-hoofed animals, while chilled products include cheese and cured meat products. The design ensures that all storage areas meet the relevant regulatory, sanitary, and technological standards applicable to facilities for the handling and preservation of food products.
