Phase I encompasses the construction of a warehouse–business building with a ground floor and one upper floor (G+1), with a total gross floor area of 1,411.41 m². The facility is intended for the storage of food products and raw materials in accordance with applicable technical and sanitary regulations.
Within the scope of the planned complex, the development includes the construction of an administrative section, a warehouse section, a service section, as well as internal access roads and maneuvering areas designed to ensure efficient circulation of vehicles and goods within the site.
The administrative section is located in the northwestern part of the building and is directly connected to the warehouse area through a thermally insulated enclosed link, enabling functional integration and uninterrupted operational flow between office and storage spaces.
