FOCUS ON THE FUTURE

For a few years now, our monthly campaign ‘Focus on the Future’ stresses the importance of critical topics for our World in general. Every month we dedicate a topic and promote it in our field of business and our environment.
Recent ones are: Education/Reading, Decarbonisation and Net-Zero, Care for Children, Donations/Humanity, Environment care, Family relations, Health, etc.

At 'Structura Concept’ we recognize that the corporate world must shoulder its share of the responsibility. While we live and work in a competitive environment, we know that profit is of little use to our children in a ruined world. Our goal is therefore to strike the right balance between the success of our business and the health of our physical and social surroundings. We think deeply about our role and continue to seek out innovative ways to support our community socially and economically. We live in a world where social responsibility is a critical factor for the whole world in overcoming the existential challenges posed by centuries of ignorance and irresponsible development. If it was not clear before, nobody should now be in doubt about the all-encompassing difficulties ahead, and the fact that social imbalances make them far more difficult to tackle.

On May 15, the World celebrates International Climate Day. Climate change is one of the global challenges of humanity today. Global warming, natural disasters, changes in weather conditions have a direct impact on the quality of life of mankind and the balanced development of states. The concentration of the three main greenhouse gases carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide in the atmosphere reached a worrisome record level. Let's work together to preserve our beautiful World together.

World Children’s day

World Children's Day is celebrated across the Globe in November each year to promote international togetherness, awareness among children worldwide. Showing love, kindness, respect, appreciation for children is vital for their emotional well-being and overall development. As a parent, be devoted to them. It's crucial for building self-esteem, encouraging positive behavior, promoting overall happiness and developing a growth mindset.

Read, improve, educate

The International month of reading is observed in October each year. It is a national holiday to raise awareness of the importance of reading, writing literature, continuing education and self-improvement. This year, it may be more important than ever to advocate all those steps. Reading can help anyone build excellent vocabulary, provides mental stimulation, improves memory, increases knowledge, and decreases anxiety and stress.

It is also an important tool that helps us to acquire new skills and knowledge. Education is the key to success in life in general.  The construction industry is constantly evolving, and it’s important for professionals in the field to keep up with the latest advancements and changes. Continuing education is a crucial component of staying ahead of the game. It also helps us to become more aware of our surroundings and business overall.

Unite community groups, schools, businesses, and local governments to carry out activities that address local environmental issues. To make a start, you can organize cleaning up in your surroundings, cleaning rivers and collecting waste of any kind.  Any type of activity that raises awareness, improves the local environment or contributes to solving environmental problems is likely to be appreciated.

Systematic work management is about procedures to investigate, risk-assess, fix and check at first human rights conditions. Diversity in age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, physical or mental ability, neurocognition, and lived experience is proven to make organizations more effective in general. Inhouse managers, project leaders on site and coordinators for execution have a work responsibility within the framework of their working tasks, too. Respect our women during the whole year, not just during March. Every second, every minute, every hour, every day - all the time. Across the world, a number of programs and events are organized in March to inspire women on the path of growth. This day also provides an occasion to draw humanity's attention towards the positive changes that can bring about equal opportunity for all women on this earth.

Love is everywhere. Everyone deserves equal opportunities, economic, political and social rights. Justice is the concept of fairness. Open the doors of opportunity for everyone, particularly those in greatest need. All people need a fighting chance at the life they want. No one should be held back by things they can’t control like systemic barriers, prejudice, and discrimination. Respect everyone.

Involvement

Care for children

Our involvement in social responsibility is focused on helping social institutions on a long-term basis. We assist a wide range of institutions for infant and child care, helping working mothers to remain in the labour market. Special attention is given to those providing for children without parents, arguably the most vulnerable and innocent in our society.

Investing in children's facilities and building children's playgrounds across different municipalities in Serbia have always been a priority for us, too.
