Structura Concept is proud to announce the commencement of construction works this June on a major industrial development project – a modern bus manufacturing facility designed to meet the highest standards of industrial efficiency, sustainability, and operational functionality.
The project encompasses the construction of a comprehensive industrial complex consisting of two primary components: a large-scale production facility and an administrative office building, complemented by an auxiliary canopy structure designated for container storage and handling.
Designed to support advanced manufacturing processes, the production facility will occupy a footprint of approximately 8,000 square meters, with dimensions of 53.00 m × 150.90 m. The adjoining administrative and management building will provide modern office and support spaces, extending across two levels and strategically integrated with the southern side of the production hall. In addition to the above-ground facilities, the project includes the implementation of a sophisticated underground infrastructure network. This system features a reinforced concrete firefighting water reservoir, two underground stormwater retention systems, a wastewater treatment unit, and a dedicated underground water reservoir for the automatic irrigation system. A new transformer station has also been planned to ensure a reliable and efficient power supply for the entire complex.
The development has been carefully designed to optimize functionality, logistics, and operational flow while maintaining compliance with all applicable engineering, environmental, and safety standards. Strategic positioning of the production and administrative facilities within the site allows for efficient circulation, future scalability, and seamless integration of supporting infrastructure.
The commencement of this project further strengthens Structura Concept’s position as a trusted partner in the delivery of complex industrial and manufacturing facilities throughout the region. Once completed, the new bus manufacturing plant will represent a significant investment in modern production capacity, technological advancement, and long-term industrial growth. Construction works are scheduled to begin in June 2026.
