‘Nature at your fingertips’ is the main feature of the Mountain Retreat by Dukley complex. This complex of luxurious mountain villas is located at the foot of one of the Montenegrin pearls, the Bjelasica mountain, near the town of Kolašin.
Surrounded by mountain peaks and coniferous forests, it offers the user a connection with untouched nature, fresh mountain air, peace and quiet, and at the same time many activities within reach. Only a 5-minute drive from the complex are the ski centres Kolašin (1450m) and Kolašin (1600m), and the Biogradska Gora National Park is a short distance away.
The complex is designed in a contemporary style that respects the spirit of traditional mountain architecture. The design approach is characterized by the use of local materials, wood and stone, emphasizing ecological aesthetics and integrating the buildings into the existing natural environment.
A total of 10 mountain villas are planned at the complex, distributed along the predominantly northern border of the complex. The morphology of the terrain made it possible to design the housing space on several levels and to open it towards the southern side. A total of 32 luxury apartments and penthouses are planned. Each of them has been carefully designed to highlight the rich natural surroundings. Apartments are available, with sizes from 70.00 m2 to 203.00 m2, designed on two or three levels, as well as duplexes. They offer the highest residential quality and are equipped with spaces for relaxation and entertainment. Each apartment/penthouse has a private parking space at the foot of the villa.
