SUCCESS STORY - FIT OUT COMPLETED 2025

Acting as a trusted partner to the investor, our team managed and executed all phases of the fit-out process – from detailed coordination with designers and suppliers, through on-site organization of works, to the final finishing touches that define the guest experience. The project scope included the Presidential Suite, the main restaurant, the hotel lobby, 19 guest rooms and 3 apartments, all aligned with the client’s vision of a refined, modern and comfortable coastal hotel. The restaurant and lobby areas were treated as the central social and visual focal points of the hotel. Our team executed the full fit-out of these spaces, including floor and wall finishes, decorative ceilings, lighting installation, bar and reception desk fabrication, as well as integration of all built-in elements and equipment.

The restaurant interior has been designed to support different modes of use – from breakfast service to evening fine dining – while the lobby welcomes guests with a warm and inviting atmosphere, clear circulation and a strong visual identity that sets the tone for the entire hotel.

For the 19 guest rooms and 3 apartments, STRUCTURA CONCEPT doo delivered a consistent and efficient fit-out solution that meets strict hospitality standards while remaining visually attractive and comfortable for long- and short-term stays. This included the installation of partition walls, doors, flooring, sanitary equipment, wardrobes, headboards, lighting and all final finishes. Through careful planning and on-site coordination, we ensured a high level of execution quality, adherence to deadlines and seamless integration with technical installations and hotel operations.

With this project, STRUCTURA CONCEPT doo once again confirmed its capability to realize demanding interior fit-out works in the hotel sector, providing the investor of Hotel Luminoso in Budva with a turnkey solution that combines technical precision, aesthetic value and a high level of user comfort.
