Our successful collaboration with Siemens began in 2020, when we built a warehouse within the company’s existing complex. In 2022, this partnership continues with the construction of a new office building, a parking area, and an internal road. Commissioned by the investor, the project expands the complex’s business facilities and provides additional space for office, research, and testing activities.
The first phase encompasses the construction of the building’s complete structure and all exterior works, including the facade and roof covering. It also includes the completion of all interior works on the ground and first floors, preparing these areas for use. The office building’s first phase includes open-plan offices, meeting rooms, management offices, a software testing laboratory, a rack room, a research center, and men’s and women’s restrooms. Telephone booths, “meet and talk” spaces, and “scrum” zones complement these facilities, accommodating focused work, team discussions, and informal exchanges within the same working environment.
The overall plan balances dedicated specialist facilities with spaces for communication and collaboration.
The second phase envisages the completion of interior works on the second floor, which will follow the same organizational layout as the first floor. This phased approach allows the available office space to expand progressively while maintaining a consistent functional concept throughout the building.
