The planned facility is designed as a modern production building with a total net floor area of 10,365m² and a total gross floor area of 10,617m², optimized to support efficient industrial operations and contemporary production standards.

The manufacturing process within the facility is dedicated to the cutting, edge banding, and drilling of wood-based panel materials intended for custom-made furniture production and interior fit-out solutions.

All technological operations involve exclusively mechanical processing, resulting solely in changes to the geometry of the material, without any alteration of its chemical properties. As a result, the production process does not generate wastewater, does not produce harmful gas emissions, and does not involve environmentally hazardous substances. Consequently, the facility is designed to operate without adverse environmental impact, fully aligned with applicable environmental protection regulations and sustainable industrial practices.
