The works required an exceptional level of coordination, detailed planning and continuous involvement of our engineering teams. The project was executed under an extremely challenging schedule, with numerous construction activities taking place simultaneously and within a fully operational retail environment.

One of the key challenges was ensuring that the shopping center remained open and fully functional throughout the entire construction period. All works therefore had to be carefully phased and coordinated in order to minimize disruption to visitors, tenants and the daily operation of the facility.

Through strong engineering expertise, precise project management, flexible site organization and close coordination with all stakeholders, Structura Concept successfully overcame the technical, logistical and time-related challenges of the project.

The successful completion of BEO Shopping Center demonstrates Structura Concept’s ability to deliver highly complex reconstruction and extension projects under demanding conditions, without compromising safety, quality, functionality or business continuity.
