In the very center of Belgrade, Structura Concept designed and fully furnished the administrative headquarters of A1 Srbija (formerly VIP Mobile). This highly complex and demanding project encompassed the complete interior design development, technical detailing, bespoke furniture production, logistics, and final on-site installation within a three-storey building accommodating a workforce of 750 employees.
The scope of work included the comprehensive planning and execution of workspaces, executive offices, representative meeting rooms, and numerous ancillary areas essential to the efficient functioning of a modern corporate environment. Particular attention was devoted to the design and production of distinctive executive offices, where carefully selected materials, refined craftsmanship, and integrated lighting solutions were employed to achieve a high level of aesthetic quality and representational value.
Open-plan office areas were conceived to ensure optimal ergonomics, acoustic comfort, and spatial flexibility. Each work zone was meticulously aligned with contemporary corporate design standards, reflecting the company’s brand identity while addressing the operational needs of a large professional team.
The building also incorporates technologically equipped meeting rooms of various capacities, suitable for internal team meetings, formal presentations, and strategic management sessions. A notable logistical and technical challenge was the realization of six fully equipped kitchens, along with supporting facilities on each floor, including break areas, technical rooms, and service spaces.
All furniture elements were custom-designed and manufactured with a high degree of precision and rigorous quality control throughout every stage of production. The project was delivered within demanding timelines, requiring close coordination among the design team, production units, and installation crews to ensure seamless execution without compromising quality or design integrity.
This project stands as one of Structura Concept’s most significant references in the field of large-scale corporate interior fit-outs, demonstrating the company’s capacity to meet the highest technical and aesthetic standards through meticulous organization, superior craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to detail.
