Surrounded by greenery and open landscapes, in the village of Aradac near Zrenjanin, a new business-storage complex for the company Login Eko is being developed, representing a blend of modern technology, sustainability, and a carefully considered architectural approach.
The complex consists of office spaces, warehouses, mechanical workshops, and storage units, forming a functional whole that enables efficient and uninterrupted execution of everyday industrial and business processes.
Login Eko is a Slovenian company dedicated to the development of sustainable, high-tech, and fully organic agriculture, continuously building a system that connects agronomy, technology, and a responsible relationship toward the land. Our company shares the same commitments, which include creating spaces that enhance work. Because of these shared values, we have built a long-standing and stable partnership, and the complex in Srpski Aradac represents the third facility we are realizing for Login Eko.
In this project, nature is not a backdrop but an essential part of the concept. The orientation of the buildings, lighting, circulation, and spatial organization are carefully aligned to ensure that work processes are efficient, and the working environment pleasant, inspiring, and in harmony with its surroundings.
The office area provides clarity and control over operations, the warehouses enable optimized material flow, while the mechanical workshop supports technical and service activities.
The project concept is based on simplicity and modularity, allowing for phased expansion and enabling the company to respond to growth and future needs without compromising the sustainable approach.
