For this landmark project, Structura Concept d.o.o. executed the complete fit-out of the hotel’s ground level, transforming the space from a bare structural shell into a fully functional, turnkey hospitality environment. The scope required the precise coordination of multiple trades, materials and technical requirements, with particular attention given to quality, functionality and consistency throughout every area.

The company delivered all interior works with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a coherent design language, precise workmanship and seamless integration of architectural finishing trades.

Every surface, junction and finishing element was carefully executed to support both the aesthetic concept and the demanding operational standards of a contemporary hotel.

The result is a sophisticated and highly functional ground floor that not only supports the hotel’s day-to-day operational demands, but also powerfully reinforces the Monumenti Heritage brand. Through carefully executed details, high-quality finishes and a consistent spatial identity, the completed interior creates a distinctive, memorable and enduring guest experience from the very first moment of arrival.
